get_preview

Check a start_build token. This call waits up to ~40 seconds for the preview. If status is ready, send preview_url to the owner immediately. If keep_polling is true or preview_url is null, call get_preview again now with the same token. Do not start_build again. Do not tell the user you will send the URL later — keep calling until you have preview_url, then send it.
