Statutes & Legislation: LT-Statutory-PD — Lithuanian statutory public domain under Autorių teisių ir gretutinių teisių įstatymas 5 str. (ATGTĮ), which excludes legal acts, official documents of administrative, legal or regulatory nature (decisions, rulings, regulations, norms, territorial-planning documents), their official translations, officially registered drafts of legal acts, and folklore works from copyright protection. Verbatim basis: WIPO Lex Lithuanian PDF (consolidated through XIV-970/2022). Commercial reuse permitted, no attribution required. The ATGTĮ point 4 covering officially registered drafts of legal acts is the widest preparatory-doc clause in the EU set. Verified 2026-05-17.
