See each coding-agent subscription's live limits and offload work to one with headroom.

io.github.sidduHERE/agentpool (Model Context Protocol) Server

AgentPool is a local Python CLI and MCP server that reads the live usage limits of multiple coding-agent subscriptions (e.g., Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Devin, Droid). When your active provider reaches its 5-hour or weekly cap, it enables you—or your primary agent—to offload work to another subscription with remaining headroom.

🛠️ Key Features

  • MCP server that surfaces live usage limits
  • Python CLI for local operation
  • Tracks limits tied to 5-hour and weekly caps
  • Offloads work across subscriptions

🚀 Use Cases

  • Switching coding agents when the current one stalls at a limit
  • Managing multiple subscriptions without hard-stopping
  • Routing tasks to an agent with available capacity

⚡ Developer Benefits

  • Integrates agent-orchestration via MCP
  • Supports tooling workflows around coding-agents and usage limits
  • Helps coordinate LLM-based development through a central control-plane

⚠️ Limitations

  • Designed around subscriptions reaching 5-hour or weekly limits
  • Works within the set of coding-agent subscriptions it reads limits for
