Deliverables with a due date and a sign-off: what has slipped, and what is ready to bill.

io.github.theluckystrike/deliverable-tracker MCP Server

The io.github.theluckystrike/deliverable-tracker Model Context Protocol (MCP) server tracks dated deliverables tied to a quote, work order, or change order. It records what is being handed over, due dates, values in minor units, and a status flow from planned to in progress to delivered to accepted. It also supports late reporting.

🛠️ Key Features

  • Deliverables with due dates and sign-off tracking
  • Status progression: planned → in progress → delivered → accepted
  • Records the day each step actually happened
  • late_report answers what slipped as of a named date
  • Post-acceptance returns invoice_create (MAJOR units) and quote_create (MINOR units) ready items in one call

🚀 Use Cases

  • Delivery schedule tracking against quotes and orders
  • Identifying slipped items as of a specific date
  • Preparing invoice and quote creation inputs after client sign-off

⚡ Developer Benefits

  • Structured milestone data including values and timestamps
  • Consistent unit handling: MAJOR for invoices, MINOR for quotes
  • Single-call readiness of accepted milestones for downstream creation

⚠️ Limitations

  • Late reporting is specifically based on “what has slipped” as at a date you name
  • Readiness items require accepted milestones after client sign-off
