request_project_quote

Creates and sends an external project inquiry to Relux Works on behalf of a user. Build the summary from known conversation context, ask only for missing details, show the complete draft to the user, and call this tool only after explicit consent. A real contact email is required. A human replies within one business day with a recommended package and a fixed-price quote.
